A Barista at the Starbucks inside PMC is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other items. This job creates the Starbucks Experience for customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products while maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.
Baristas brighten the day of staff and visitors at the PMC Starbucks, one of the country’s most recognized chains. PMC is looking for additional Baristas to spread some cheer through hand-crafted beverages and a smile. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service skills and works well with a team.
“My favorite part of my job is being able to build relationships and friendships with my customers and my coworkers,” says Destiny, a Starbucks barista at PMC. “Often, when you’re at the hospital, it’s not for a great reason. I’m thankful I get to come in and help brighten people’s day and see them smile after a hard day.”
Part-time and full-time positions are available in the Environmental Services department at PMC. No high school diploma or GED is required. Full-time employees qualify for top-tier benefits.
