Pikeville Medical Center’s Mail Home Delivery Program

• Patients who are prescribed maintenance medications;
• Patients who receive a 90-day supply of a medication; and/or
• Patients who are unable to travel.

Delivery methods & rates listed below are subject to change. Estimated delivery is a total sum of processing and shipping time. Various shipping exceptions may apply to your order, depending on the items ordered. Medications are usually sent via FedEx and should arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

Current delivery charges are $20 per package up to 4 pounds

Packages will not be left at the designated shipping address, and all shipping address must match the home address of the patient on file. Medications will not be delivered to businesses or places where the patient works.

Some items require special shipping & handling. The most common exceptions are listed below, but other policy restrictions and fees may apply.

• Controlled Substances: We are unable to mail controlled substances.

• Special prescription deliveries: If you order contains refrigerated medications, our policy is to ship them via Express delivery, packaged with a cold gel pack. This process may incur additional shipping charges.
