Photo Guidelines
- Well lit, but not taken in direct sunlight with harsh shadows
- Solid light-colored background such as a gray or neutral colored wall
- Forward facing
- Cannot violate policy (no facial piercings)
- Head Shot (not glamour shot😊)
- No hats
- Should be professional
