PMC has recently expanded its endocrinology team to accommodate the growing need for endocrinology care and treatment in the region. PMC’s skilled endocrinology team diagnoses, treats and helps patients manage hormone disorders including diabetes (types 1 and 2), hypoglycemia, cholesterol disorders, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, metabolic bone diseases such as osteoporosis, parathyroid disease and more.
Diabetes, specifically type 2, has greatly affected the health of patients and the communities PMC serves. PMC has implemented several programs to reduce cases of diabetes along with educating and supporting its current diabetic patient population.
