Residency Program Compensation and Benefits

Our residents have access to many of the same benefits our regular employees receive. In addition, you can participate in optional programs like AFLAC supplemental insurance programs.
Salary:
  • 1st Year - $43,000
  • 2nd Year - $46,000
  • 3rd Year - $47,000
  • 4th Year - $48,000

* First Year Sign-On Bonus - $2,500

Other Compensation:
  • Relocation - $1,500
  • Housing – $1,500/year
  • Books – $1,000/year
* Pre-tax amount only for FP or Integrated Program with intent of completion
